Ownership rights

The submitting artist confirms that they own or control all necessary rights to the submitted music, including but not limited to:

• Master Recording Rights

• Composition and Songwriting Rights

• Publishing Rights

• Mechanical Rights

• Sample Clearances

• Beat Licenses

• Featured Artist Permissions

• Producer Agreements

The artist is solely responsible for resolving any ownership disputes, copyright claims, or legal issues related to submitted content.

Accuracy of information

The artist agrees that all submitted information is accurate and complete, including:

• Stage Name

• Artist Name

• Song Title

• Credits and Contributors

• Release Dates

• Royalty Splits

• Ownership Percentages

• Metadata and Platform Information

Incorrect information may result in release delays, platform rejection, royalty disputes, or takedowns.

Content Compliance

All submitted releases must comply with the policies of major digital service providers, including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Roblox, Amazon Music, and TikTok.

The following content may be rejected:

• Copyright-infringing Material

• Unauthorized Samples

• Fraudulent Streams or Artificial Promotion

• Offensive or Misleading Metadata

• Duplicate or Spam Releases

• Low-quality or Non-compliant artwork

• Platform Policy Violations

We reserve the right to refuse distribution for any release that does not meet professional or legal standards.

Distribution timelines

Release timelines vary on platform processing times.

Standard distribution may take several business days, and early submission of 2 weeks in advance is strongly recommended. Requested release dates are not guaranteed until approved and scheduled by our team.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Platform Review Processes

• Metadata Errors

• Copyright Disputes

• Missing Documentation

• Late Submission Materials

Royalties and payments

Artists retain ownership of their music unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Royalty payments are dependent on platform reporting schedules and may be delayed by third-party distributors, collection agencies, or streaming services.

We are not responsible for delayed payments caused by external platforms.

Administrative fees, publishing percentages, or service charges may apply depending on the selected publishing package.

Takedowns and release changes

Artists may request updates, edits, or takedowns of releases after submission.

Additional processing time may apply for:

• Metadata Corrections

• Artwork Replacement

• Release Date Changes

• Platform Takedowns

• Territory Restrictions

Some platform actions may involve additional service fees.

Fraud prevention

Artificial streaming, fake playlist placement, bot promotion, or fraudulent monetization is strictly prohibited.

Any release associated with fraud may result in:

• Immediate Takedown

• Revenue Withholding

• Account Suspension

• Permanent Publishing Restrictions

Limitation of liability

We act as a publishing and distribution service provider and do not guarantee specific streaming results, playlist placements, specific platform distribution, chart positions, revenue amounts, or promotional outcomes.

We are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform Decisions

• Copyright Claims

• Royalty Disputes

• DSP Account Actions

• Third-party Payment Delays

Agreement to terms

By submitting music through our publishing request form or email, the artist confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Publishing and Distribution Terms.

Submission of music constitutes acceptance of all policies outlined above.
